| The 2025 5-Nations tournament will be hosted by the UWRL and will be played March 8-9 2025 in Bellahøj, København. | ||
| Type of tournament: Male and Female National team invitational tournament.Place: Bellahøj Swimming Stadium, Bellahøjvej 1, Brønshøj, Copenhagen, Denmark.Date: 2025-03-08 & 09.Time: [see Game schedule below].Ceremonies: No opening or closing ceremonies or medals.Photo: Mandatory group photo to be planned.Rules: 2023 CMAS International UWR Rules with the following exception:
- Maximum 20 players per team for the tournament.
- Matches ending in a draw will be decided directly with a Sudden Death Penalty Throw Shoot-out, blue team starts attacking [pending decision].
