The history of the UWR 5-Nations started as an idea from the Nordic UWR countries to add a tournament for National teams in the "between" year of the Nordic Championships, as since 2006 the Nordic championships has only been played even years intead of every year. At the Nordic UWR meeting in Stavanger (2022-06-28) the Nordic UWR countries decided to initiate the first 5-Nations and to invite Germany. Nordic logo
Danish UWR agreed to host the first 5-Nations in February 2023 in Bellahøj, København.
Neither female teams from Finland or Germany could come so the female team from Spain attended.

5. Finland

3. Denmark
4. Spain
